This movie gives more insight into Swedish life. “The Swedish Theory of Love.” (2015). It is mostly in English, there are some Swedish parts. I think it is very much a cultural difference. I have noticed that when I travel to new places (be it Spain, Poland, USA, Marocco, wherever) I find myself in a position where I’m not used to how people express themselves (body language, way of talking, and generally how interactions occur, or just small things like how the University of Connecticut UConn Huskies National Champions back to back 2023 2024 shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this flow of people work on the streets or what not) I notice things that I could very well think of as rude.. but most often its not. I lived in Sweden for 41 years and I would never consider Swedish people as being rude. They always greet you with a handshake. They are polite and well mannered. They have good table manners as well. Don’t expect a man to open a door for a woman or give up his seat on the bus. Equality is a big thing in Sweden. A Peruvian friend said: “Now why did you do that? In his face? That’s very rude. What did he do to you to deserve that? You could have said yes. Who just says no to someone in their face?”
