A simple example would be to utilize the business integration with Pokemon that allows physical stores to purchase a unique Pokemon as a “lure”, which will then drive Pokemon users to seek out the Pokemon by visiting the physical store location. Your role would be to connect an audience (Pokemon and potential shoppers) with an existing product (physical local store). You drive business (leads and sales) to a store, they pay you some sort of commission for the extra business. That is automatable and scalable. Put signs in a grass park that have Pokemon parties (or whatever is called, but this weekend I saw hundreds of people Pokemon’ing in the local park) that a store down the street has a unique Pokemon, and that they are doing a discount/upsell promotion for X product. Once this works, then your role becomes finding the people in the right location to this, and businesses agreeing. You also have to figure out what type of product will make sense for random Pokemon people to actually purchase while they are in the store. But with a numbers game, you should be able to create value for atleast some users as they visit the store and actually want the product (food, consumer good, outdoor gear for finally spending time outside, etc.)
