Are you willing to tell me that the Throwin Wallen I found my arm at this bar cartoon shirt it is in the first place but 100th/442nd (of which my great-uncle was a member), the most decorated unit in US military history, are any less American than you? That they are less American simply because they are Asian? Never mind that they, collectively and individually, paid more for our freedom than we probably will in our lifetimes? The original dream of America was of a land where dreams could be realized and one was free of the oppression experienced at the hand of countries established in values that didn’t support the rights and freedoms of individuals. Nowhere in the Constitution is it stated that to be an American you must have “full colonial ancestry”. Nor is there a time limit established by the founding fathers for coming here to realize one’s dreams.
