That is not an easy question to answer. It is mostly about choice. Even though I have many skirt types my favorite is the pencil skirt. I have them in a rainbow of colors and different lengths. I also have flared skirts pleated skirts and any other skirt you can think of. One thing that has changed for me as I have gotten older is the length of skirt that I wear. I no longer wear the mini skirts of my youth. Wear what makes you feel good. I wear my Levi’s button front midi skirt. Worn normally it is quite demure. Unbuttoned it can be quite revealing, especially if I don’t sit down too carefully! I love going commando under skirts, tight or full but sometimes wear panties, sheer or otherwise. i also enjoy wearing thigh high self supporting stockings with some skin between the top of the stockings and the bottom of the skirt. that draws a lot of attention to that area haha I have found that brisk walks four times a week for 30 to 40 minutes have worked for me. That can be either on a treadmill or just on an outdoor path.
