You don’t have to guess what they think because they actually tell you and don’t beat around the bush. You see in Europe especially Germany and the Netherlands this is not considered rude like it is in the USA, they consider part of life is hearing things you are not going to want to hear. Talking in direct manners and saying what you think is polite and they actually find people not just getting to the point is frustrating and rude.
